Haynes Charter for Enriched Studies Parent Teacher Organization (or PTO) is a committee of parents and teachers focused on providing enrichment activities and events for the entire school community.  The PTO also organizes fundraising activities to support school programing, technology upgrades and school enhancements.  One of the special parts of Haynes Charter is their unique programs and educational offerings, unfortunately these programs are not fully covered by LAUSD.  Therefore one of the most important roles of the PTO is to raise funds to help cover the programing costs of the school. 


In the past, Haynes Charter PTO has supported:

  • IPads/chromebooks in every classroom

  • Afterschool enrichment classes

  • School assemblies

  • Security cameras and safety upgrades

  • Auditorium sound system upgrades

  • On-campus family fun nights

  • Off-campus spirit nights

  • After school snack sales

  • Kinder Round-up

  • Holiday Boutique

  • Fall Carnivals

  • School Dances

  • And much much more!


Currently our PTO board is made up of the following volunteers:
